General Purpose Ties (Type 2).

Application

The General Purpose (Type 2) TRI-TIE is suitable for masonry cavity walling of brick or block work for houses and small commercial buildings of up to 15 m in height, situated in areas of the British Isles where the basic wind speed may be up to 56 m/s.  The General Purpose tie has been independently assessed by the Building Research Establishment (BRE) and has NHBC and NIHE approval.
